FAQ For USA Made custom products.

•  Die Charges – A one-time charge.  We hold and maintain your die or dies until you no longer need them.
• Sizes – ½” – 4” in diameter plus many other custom shapes.  Please contact us about available or new custom shapes.
• Materials we use – Brass, Nickel-Silver, Copper, Bronze and Silver
• Thicknesses  of the materials we use - .080 (1/16”) to .250 (1/4”) thick
• Finishes on the materials we use  - antique, sandblast, polished highlights
• Delivery  - Five to eight weeks for new orders, 2-3 weeks for reorders.

Options for USA custom made products.

• Color Fill – Epoxy color fill can be added to any design.  We need to create a cavity to hold the epoxy.  Minimum cavity size is 1/16”.  The epoxy fills most of the cavity.  Please provide PMS colors as a reference for color matching.  We cannot guarantee a PMS color match.
• Diamond faceting on the edges of round items.
• Stamped consecutive numbering.

• Selective plating – Gold or silver.
